Last thing I wrote on here was about us getting ready to leave Korea. Well, can you believe it's been almost a year since we have been back to the states, this May? We got back and hung out with friends in Michigan, visited Dan's parents, went up to Washington for the weekend, visited up north to see Dan's friends, etc. We started looking for jobs at the end of June. I ended up getting hired as a Case Manager for a non profit organization as a temporary full time position (6 months) for the case manager that was going on maternity leave. That time has ended now and I am in the process of getting hired for the same organization permanently. This is exciting for me, because I remember leaving Korea and not knowing what would happen. All we knew was that we were going to stay with my brother and sister in law. We had no car or jobs and God has provided! We now have 2 cars. Dan is starting his own business as a Farmer's insurance agent. It is difficult but in 5 years we are trusting that things will be looking a lot better for us financially. God has provided for all our needs and we owe all our praise to Him. We found a church that we really enjoy! They are really loving! If anyone wants to visit, you are welcome! Let me know and I'll give you the info.
Well, that is a quick summary of what has happened in about a year. Of course there are little things that happen here and there. I will attempt to share those experiences starting now. Life gets busy, but it will be neat to look back and see what is thrown at us and how God helps resolve things. Hope all is well with you all!
